“How big is the palm of God's hand? Is it big enough to stay for the rest of my life if it has offered me a seat? I am holding on tight? How many of us were the lucky passengers? Has anyone made room for me when the journey was rough?” These are the questions Kossuth Prize recipient, internationally renowned soloist Dénes Gulyás asks in his autobiography, the basis of the prose chamber work devised and performed together with actress Róza Juhász. The tenor regales his life, whose milestones and highlights are presented by the actress taking on various roles and introducing the audience to Gulyás's career through dialogue. The performance can be seen in the intimate space of the Medgyaszay Hall of the Opera House, where viewers can witness a true and honest confession.
